You’ll get personalized workouts, tailored nutrition guidance, and ongoing support from a coach who meets you where you’re at—so you can feel stronger, more confident, and actually enjoy the process.

  • Our group coaching programs—like WLW Wellness Club and Strong Girl Summer—combine expert guidance with a supportive, like-minded community to help you stay consistent and feel less alone in your journey. You’ll get structured workouts, practical wellness support, and accountability, all in a fun, inclusive space designed to help you build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits.

  • Our alumni coaching is designed for past clients who want to maintain their progress with continued support, structure, and community—without the full commitment of 1:1 coaching. You’ll stay connected through ongoing workouts and access to our community, helping you stay consistent, confident, and supported long-term.

  • Our self-guided programs are perfect if you want structure and guidance with more flexibility and independence. You’ll get access to our signature workouts and resources through the app, so you can build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits on your own schedule.

  • Depending on the level of coaching you choose, you’ll receive a custom workout program, lifestyle coaching, nutrition support, habit coaching, access to our app, regular check-ins with your coach, client zoom calls, and access to our community. Every program is personalized to your needs and your goals, we’ll be able to give you a better idea of your personal program on our consultation call.

  • That’s exactly what we’re here for! Accountability is a huge part of coaching and our approach helps you stay accountable, but without making you feel bad if you have an off day.

    We will also create a program that works for your actual life, that’s realistic and sustainable for you. We will meet you where you’re at and build consistency from there. Our clients build habits that actually stick!

    We never want finances to come between you and a program that will help you feel your best! We are happy to set up a variety of payment plans to make coaching more accessible. Please be prepared to discuss what payment options would fit your budget during our consultation call.
